Your orders are shipped with DHL by default. If a different carrier is needed for your region or by request, this is clarified with you before the order.
Delivery time across Turkey is on average 1-2 business days, depending on the carrier's speed in your region.
Orders confirmed before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time are shipped on the next business day.
Our website and WhatsApp line are always open — you can place an order at any hour. The working hours of our physical store:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00
Sunday: Closed
We also reply to messages received outside these hours as soon as possible.
Shipping cost varies according to the tariff the carrier sets for your region and is not included in the product price. It is communicated to you during order confirmation.
After your order is confirmed, our customer representative will contact you to clarify payment and shipping details together.
Because amber is a natural and delicate stone, all our products are carefully and securely packaged before shipping.
After your shipment, the carrier automatically sends your tracking number to you by SMS. If needed, you can also request your tracking number from our customer representative.
For now, delivery is made only within Turkey.
